Annealed Glass
Annealed glass is heated through the float process and slowly cooled in a controlled environment to relieve internal stress, providing a finished product that is used in applications where the glass is fixed or in a horizontal orientation.
Tempered Glass
Tempered glass is a safety glass that is subjected to extremely high temperatures and then rapidly cooled. This process significantly increases the tensile strength and greatly reduces the particle size of the glass in the event of breakage.
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass consisting of two or more layers of glass with one or more thin polymer interlayers (usually polyvinyl butyral or pvb) between them which prevent the glass from breaking into large sharp pieces.
Impact Glass
“Impact” typically refers to the resistance of glass to external forces, such as blows or impacts. Impact-resistant glass is designed to withstand high forces without breaking or shattering, enhancing safety and security.
